Legion Drilling Sponsored the Hunter Mining Club Inaugural Event
Legion Drilling opened the event briefly showcasing our capabilities for sonic and geotechnical drilling as well as Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) and in-situ testing
The Hunter Mining Club (HMC) is up and running with the purpose of connecting the Hunter and NSW mining industry with the community and creating opportunities through collaboration.
Legion's Josh Taberner (General Manager) and Ben Attwater (Strategic Partnerships Manager) attended the inaugural luncheon in Singleton and opened the event as proud sponsors of the HMC. It was a hugely successful first step counting with the participation of 200 delegates. This follows Legion's recent involvement in the Bowen Basin Mining Club in QLD, a sister organisation to the HMC.
At Legion Drilling, we recognise the importance of high-quality drilling and in-situ testing data for geotechnical and tailings storage facility (TSF) design. Our high-performance sonic drilling, geotechnical drilling, and Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) rigs provide engineers with the precision needed for reliable site investigations.
Legion Drilling is committed to keep servicing the Hunter Valley and Bowen Basin coal regions to the highest standards, supporting responsible mine development, sustainable tailings management, and closure.
